Advertising Terms
TDBN advertising must be clear, lawful, distinguishable from editorial content, and approved before publication.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an advertising order is a request, not an automatic campaign approval. A campaign is accepted only after TDBN confirms the advertiser, destination, creative, selected placement, country or site scope, schedule, price, and payment instructions. TDBN may accept, deny, or request changes to any order.
Truthful and supported claims
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring every claim, offer, image, destination, disclosure, and product is truthful, not deceptive or unfair, properly substantiated, and lawful in every location where the campaign appears.
Prohibited and restricted advertising
TDBN does not accept malware, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, illegal products, deceptive financial promises, misleading health claims, hidden subscription terms, unsafe downloads, or advertising designed to mislead readers about its commercial nature. Additional review may apply to health, finance, employment, housing, politics, children, alcohol, gambling, and regulated products.
Ad labeling and editorial independence
Paid placements are labeled as advertising, sponsored, or partner content. Payment does not buy editorial coverage, favorable reporting, source removal, search ranking, or influence over TDBN news decisions.
Creative, links, and technical requirements
The advertiser must have permission to use submitted trademarks, images, copy, and destination pages. TDBN may require replacement creative, reject broken or unsafe links, and pause a campaign that later creates a security, legal, reader-safety, or reputation concern.
Scheduling and delivery
The confirmed schedule and placement control delivery. Estimates, impressions, clicks, conversions, revenue, or other business outcomes are not guaranteed. Temporary maintenance, security incidents, publisher outages, and events outside reasonable control may require rescheduling or equivalent make-good delivery.
Payment and records
Stripe Checkout may securely collect payment when an order is submitted; the campaign still requires TDBN approval before publication. For manual methods, use only the recipient details confirmed by TDBN. Never send a password, PIN, banking login, card security code, crypto seed phrase, or private key. Keep the order number and payment reference. Payment is not considered verified until TDBN records it as received.
Cancellations and refunds
The Advertising Refund Policy is part of these Terms. Where applicable law gives an advertiser stronger rights, those rights remain available.
