Privacy Policy

Data controller and contact

TDBN operates this website and provides a Contact page for privacy questions, access requests, corrections, and deletion requests. We do not publish a legal address or direct email until one is intentionally configured by the operator.

Information we receive

The Site may receive technical information such as browser type, device information, approximate region, pages requested, and security logs. Weather requests may use an approximate visitor location or a city selected by the visitor. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send.

First-party page analytics

Only after a visitor accepts optional analytics, TDBN records a random first-party visitor ID, requested path, referring hostname, browser locale, device class, approximate country code, and time so the owner can understand page demand. The analytics table does not store visitor IP addresses, names, email addresses, or cross-site advertising identifiers. Anonymous total-visit records contain only the requested path and time.

Use and retention

We use information to operate, secure, improve, and respond to the Site. We do not sell personal information. Retention depends on the purpose and applicable law.

Cookies and consent

TDBN uses browser storage for essential app preferences and to remember privacy choices. Optional analytics and advertising measurement remain off until accepted. Visitors can reject optional uses as easily as accepting them and can reopen Your Privacy Choices from every page.

Sale, sharing and advertising

TDBN does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Current advertisements are contextual placements selected by page or country, not by a cross-site profile. If these practices change, TDBN will update this policy and provide any legally required choices before the new use begins.

Global Privacy Control

When a browser sends an enabled Global Privacy Control signal, TDBN treats it as a request to keep optional analytics and advertising measurement off. TDBN publishes a support declaration at /.well-known/gpc.json.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to processing, and you may appeal a privacy decision. California residents may ask about access, deletion, correction, and the categories of personal information used. Submit a request through the TDBN Contact page; we will verify the request and respond as required by applicable law.

International visitors

TDBN may be accessed from different countries. By using the Site, you understand that information may be processed in the United States or another location where our service providers operate.
