Duo deny deception charges

T wo St Michael men have been granted bail after pleading not guilty to six criminal deception charges involving clothing allegedly obtained with another man’s debit card.

Shaquon Devon Jarome Branch, 22, of 3rd Avenue Ivy, and Tyrek Nathanael Haynes, 18, of Free Hill, Black Rock, have pleaded not guilty to five charges of dishonestly obtaining from Loyalty Dream Club clothing valued at $100 by deception, by falsely representing that they were in lawful possession of a City of Bridgetown Credit Union Visa debit card in the name of Dwayne Seale and that they were authorised to use the card.
